How much information is needed?

Please provide as much as possible by emailing good photos and descriptive details you would like to be included to contact@jacquelinehuckleart.com. Please also state the subject’s eye colour.

How do I commission a portrait?

Please feel free to contact me using the link contact@jacquelinehuckleart.com, specifying your budget and requirements including the date for delivery.

A small deposit will secure the commission. Once the portrait is complete you will receive a pdf of the artwork via email for approval. On payment of the balance, your portrait will be sent to you.

How long will it take?

Paper-based portraits take up to three weeks to produce. Paintings take several months. You will be advised about this when you order the artwork. However, they may be produced more quickly - please enquire. Please place Christmas orders early to be sure of delivery in good time.

How do I get my portrait?

You will receive the finished artwork by First Class tracked recorded delivery via Royal Mail. It will be rolled in a cardboard tube to arrive safely within two to three working days of the completion deadline or next day for an extra charge.

Portraits can be sent directly to the recipient and may be gift-wrapped for a small charge.

PayPal or bank transfer are both accepted.
